Choosing a life is like choosing a song on a record

Questionner: Yes, so the question was where Joseph comes from and why.......

Joseph : I've been designated to the earth, and I've lived here twice before, but I go off and do other things. I'm involved with this universe. I don't travel out of the universe. If you knew how small the universe is! This is part of the garden I am in at this moment. I'm using your terms of time, but this is the garden I am in. I'm involved very much with Earth Spirits, and "awakenings" are not "awakenings" - thank you, thank you - they're reconnecting you. Please, when you understand this reconnection - thank you very much, we're there now - you're not reconnecting, be very careful in understanding reconnecting with the universe.... the universe comes and travels straight through.

Right. You have a record and you take the needle from here and you put it there and you put it there, and you put it there, and you put it there. And you have a lot of songs all the way through. and you can put it anywhere across the record that you like. That's like your universe as it spins, and you put it there, and you can have different records up here and they can come down at different periods of mankind. The needle always can be moved, anywhere across it. But it is all one connection, and to deny one part of it when the other part is there, is the difference between saying this song is playing and that song doesn't exist, or I'll know that song when I come to it. If people could take the needle off and realise that this flat base is exactly what the world is, and they need nobody to speak to them, it just is. Only this flat base here is not your metals, this is the earth that grows................

It's the same thing, there's no difference between people in one country on your planet and another country. I travel around and I see them, and they all have different experiences, but they are exactly the same people. And some people come to help with the minds reconnection, and some with the body's reconnection, and some people need to bring people together and all people do different jobs.

These few words at long last helped me see how there is no time....we simply choose the experience we want from all experiences now..everything is available in the eternal now - so this life is our choice from infinite choices, and we come to experience this way of experiencing love - our soul's goal is to build our own unique range of loving experiences, and then experience human life through these knowings..........so choosing one life does not deny all our past and future lives - they are eternally there for us to choose........

It's a big game we choose to play in and do our thing!

Prayer from the heart

"Prayer always should come through heart. That's how we can help you. We can't help much with prayer from the head. And when people cry from their head, "please help, please help", from our side we're very unable to activate fully. I tell you that, and I can't tell you much more on that side at the moment.

Of course we all share love, but when people can't ask us, we still have to help them with love, and we always will help them with love, but they can't always receive it because they are in such distress. And this is why it takes friends, gathering together, to have open desire to help. Because the friends gathering together have open hearts we can help that way.

It's just getting to an active starting point. All you have to do is ask for help from your heart. Don't get bogged into whatever the brain wants to do. Think of it as a child. The more you grow your heart the more you become you..."

Prayer that is not from the heart is not really going to be of much use........when it comes from the heart then the angels / spirits / friends who support in spirit can hear and help, and will always do as we ask when we ask from the heart........life is a shared process with spirit........listen to your heart - ask what would love do now with every challenge in your life, and know that your prayers of love are so potent. They cannot fail.........

Jesus coming to help

Woman: So how difficult was it for Jesus to come so to speak all the way down from that place of supreme light in to the human condition? I mean he must have had to veil his light.

Joseph: He wasn’t totally at the top and it was difficult, because our side we have free will as well. And the free will is of experience but not as you would understand it. But it was a job that he did very.........it was a job that was undertaken with all the love that God could possibly empower him with. Yes.

But the transition is the only difficult bit. And not the transition from spirit into life.

It was the reduction of the light from where, yes, from where Jesus is down into a lower, I call it lower vibration.

It really is not, but Jesus couldn’t enter with the energy around him and that was the difficult bit for him (laughs so much). Of course you must bear in mind that when you give up so much to come and help so few. One planet is so few and you give up...........that is really the majestic, special specialty of the Lord Jesus Christ. To give up so much to come and help so few. It wasn’t the giving up in the sense of giving up, it was just the changing.

Just like in human terms you change from being a child to being an adult. It is very difficult when you are an adult to go back with all of that childhood energy. You have to go and change so much about you, but love, yes, love will always override to let you make those changes whether you are 70, whether you are 7 or at the 7th level.

And it was at the 7th level that Jesus could actually then start adjusting. Yes.

Woman: I didn’t follow that. Did he come from a higher level to the 7th level to make the adjustment?

Joseph: No. It is the 7th level where the major transition takes place. The other levels before that are preparation. And Jesus has been right up to the 18th level, although he is a bit lower than that normally. He has been right up to the 18th level. And, yes, you change and you ask people to hold your coat and your shoes, and then as you get down to the 7th level, in your terms, they then can hold your skin and your bones and your bits of body until you are spirit. And then you come down and "oh, that’s how that world works is it", and then he learned how the bits of the world worked. And his joy was immense when he saw what he could do. And when he got down to lower levels, just about where we are............it’s suddenly, "oh dear, why don’t they look after the garden", and then he had to enter.

We are all here to be gardeners, to look after the beautiful garden we have chosen to come to.....and it seems Jesus came a long way to help us all, the few in this incredible Universe. He came to help us see that we are the same as him, part of God, connected if we can but see it for eternity, and to know and love all in our life is to know and love God, for God is in everyone....we are all one - this is the great at one ment now, 2011/2012, the atonement........

Be at one with all and enjoy!

Life is fun!

"They all stand here waving, and they say to tell you "Life is fun". It really is fun. They say they're enjoying themselves, you enjoy yourself. Don't hide from it. Life is fun! If you want to stay on fun it's fun! If you want to stay on half and half, it's half and half. If you want to stay in prison, it's prison. But it really is fun."

I always remember when Joseph passed this message on from those who are here to help me - friends from many lives who are presently on the "real" side, while I play in the earth game. They are there to help me, if I can but remember to ask them!

The point of this message was very simple - you choose whether you want to see life from within a self created prison, or half and half (half fun and half prison), or simply from the perspective of fun! I found this message from the spirit side incredibly enlightening and freeing..........it really helped me in those early days to see that the life I lived was the one I chose.....and the choice I made was "how I saw it" or "how I perceived it". This is MY choice, and no one elses!

It's a circle, not a straight line - its timeless

"Most people see themselves walking down this straight road, which is day 1 of year 1, and then day 1 of year 2, then day 1 of year 3, instead of seeing themselves going round in a natural cycle. Everything on your planet works round in this natural cycle. Everything works on in this natural cycle.

What I'm trying to offer you today is just the understanding that you're on this circle of 360 degrees and not in a straight line going from Jan to Dec, and Jan to Dec. These extra days that you have at the end of the calendar year as opposed to the degrees of a circle, those days are actually to alter the shape, to expand it or contract it.

If you can just understand the 360 degrees, instead of a straight line from year 1 and to year 2, because you don't progress that way. If you did progress that way your minds would change each year, and they don't. The fundamentals and the essence of who we all are, including me, we don't change. This is our path going round and round and round. Do you understand that."

Once I remembered that life is continuous cycles of time, then I began to appreciate that there is no time, just different seasons of life, of work, of relationship, of nature, of everything. It is very freeing to appreciate that after the winter always comes the spring and then the summer.....in everything in life........

Peace

Peace is about completely understanding that all of our fellow humans on the planet are as we are. And those with greater gifts to give have been given them to offer to people with lesser gifts. But it is a complete understanding with all human beings.

And the next stage is to move into harmony with those human beings into all living things on this planet, and then understanding that this planet is just part of a whole living universe and universes. And there is absolutely no difference between here and wherever there is. That is a picture of peace I was given, which is very big, so that we can be in harmony with the air between the planets as much as in harmony with people on the planet.

It's not an ultimate goal. Peace is where you are in that process at any one moment in time.

The active part of peace is to understand our relationship with other men and women, and see it in harmony with the whole planet, and know it is not a battle. We don't go at battling.

Prayer is most potent weapon on the planet if we have to use the word weapon.

Totally integrated unification of all the cells in the body (or the universe) is peace.

I always remember Joseph explaining that peace is not a goal, but a result along the way of knowing we are one with all others...............it was a great insight for me at the time, striving as I was to succeed, often it felt at the expense of others. Now I try to appreciate the god speaking to me that is present in everyone, whoever they are and whatever they have done to me in my life. This is where peace lies.........

Joseph and loving foods

Here are some thoughts by Joseph on food, especially the importance of vitamin C foods, water and some thoughts on using apple juice (organic) and water to cleanse the bowel etc......

Invest energy into what you're doing, reduce fat, increase vitamin C foods - you'll get all the minerals you need from vitamin C foods

Energy is the key
It's the energy you invest in it. It's like a fund. You can invest in that fund, like joining the club. It's not your fund to control, you just trust and be part of the process.


Vitamin C
Think of Vitamin C like a delta triangle - think of all that works naturally with it, supports it (bioflavs, rutin etc OK, but unimportant). Think why you are investing in Vitamin C.

Vitamin C is like the MD or team leader of how to take nutrition at this point. It's only a key to how to get into the energy of food. Colours are so important.

Apples are the key for cleansing / flushing
Key food for change of diet is apples. As the apple ripens and expands that's the energy you put into your body, whereas apple juice is not an expansive juice, it's a flushing juice. It will flush through. If you eat the apple's flesh health expands in your body, whereas the juice taken by itself is part of a purification flushing. It's stronger than water. It's a key flushing juice.

Like supercharged water
Water is number one, but apple juice is like a supercharged water that goes around picking all the poisons off as it goes through. Apple juice in combination with water is really very key, because the apple takes off all the rotten bits which the water doesn't.


Weakened body can't cleanse with water
The water helps the body cleanse itself, but when you have a weakened body it can't cleanse itself. This is where apple juice comes into it. So the apple juice reduces the toxic waste, and then the water can empower the cells much more to clean itself. Like when the body is very tired it can't.....if you give a tired man a bag of gold he can't pick it up. You have to get him strong first and then he can pick it up and go off and look after the rest of his life. The Apple Juice is like the pack of gold.

This is why apple juice would be much better to take in the morning. There are different types of apple juice, but don't be concerned with that for the moment. Very clear that water doesn't process it enough when the body is too weak.

If you give a lot of water when the body is overloaded it can work against the body, because the body isn't strong enough to clear all the water. It then gets like reservoirs and dams and itself can become toxic and muddy in the gut and all over the place. Apple juice is primarily the clearing process, and then you put the water in afterwards.

When you take apple juice as a medicine, which is what we are talking about, then you need small quantities in the morning, and it should be dilute in water.

Organic apple juice is quite satisfactory for the purpose, but dilute it , for its energy is too strong for toxic bodies if its organic.

Doseage
Half a pint is fine, half water, half apple juice. Apple juice in plastic is unhealthy apple juice as its being used as a commodity, so the energy isn't in the apple juice, and it won't flush. The best is to do your own apples and select the apple according to the job......

Commercially grown apples are like battery chickens, and the energy love that went into it is just not there any more, its diluted. That energy can't come through to help cleanse. This is why I don't like to use the word organic - it should be "loving energy" foods. I mentioned before about the purpose of blessing. This is exactly the same. That when people bless foods, meals, each other, they're really just.........associating......When you recognise these foods come from God's love and you bless them and you say "I associate myself with God's love", and I take it as God's love into me."

Watch yourself in action - be aware of how you act and therefore who you are..............

Joseph on helping me to become a better helper

Watch yourself with love, watch yourself in what you're doing - give yourself love when you're talking to people. Just stand back a little bit and just see the majesty of what you are doing. He says where you are at the moment in helping people - you are moving on but you're not letting so much more Light come around you. This is inevitable in a human form.

He says this is nothing you are doing wrong, absolutely nothing, but now is the time to allow this extra light and energy, because there is this extra light that will come for you, has got the wisdom you have inherited for many lifetimes, many lifetimes he says. And that's your bank that you can bring that wisdom through - and you're going to be using these new skills.

He says for all the lives that you have banked this wisdom is now. You can draw on that, as you have done in other lives. But he says now you are at a stage where this much larger bank of wisdom is needing to be drawn on. And when you are talking to people you may certainly put a cross with you. This is a lovely old symbol the cross - and you may put that with you to allow you just to stand back and watch yourself receiving this. Because there is so much intellect from you that has been removed while you are counselling people, and you need this new wisdom to come in because it is yours, and then much more help will flow.

You will see much clearer levels of helping people. Much clearer levels of helping people, because you'll have this energy to pass across to them. It will be a lovely gift. He says you've done this from past lifetimes to bring it through. It's standing back, and just while you're there and someone's talking. Picture yourself where you are and then watch the light come in the back here (points to back of the head). He says you can ask for the bit from the bank to help this person. This is much stronger than you've ever asked before, much stronger than you've ever asked before.

But it is about walking towards this responsibility step and it will disappear when you get there. Keep this picture in mind because this is the border of your horizon - and walking with confidence towards it will make it disappear. He says the road will broaden like that for you (open arms) at the moment you are walking along like that (narrow, straight arms) and there are blocks in the way. And as you walk along this road don't even see the blocks now, They will be there, that's humanity, but the road will broaden like this until it surrounds you.

This is Joseph talking to me about how I can best help others with my counselling work in the 1990's. Although it may seem personal, it is in fact universal in its application, as most of Joseph's ideas are.

As we help others, we start at first in a prescriptive way, giving them a solution to the problem we have diagnosed intellectually. As our helping skills develop a more loving and encouraging role, we come to realise that the best help for everyone is within them, and our job is to help draw this out. Our role is to help people make choices for their own life. Our input is just that - ideas to put into the melting pot, or discarded, with their own ideas of what their love would do.

We have much wisdom to draw on, which is based on our experiences in other lives and times. It is always available to us at our request, and is easily discovered when we face a problem with this question "What would my love do now?". My love is who I am, and it will always give the best answers if we listen carefully after asking.

In fact the best answer of what to say maybe to simply listen, and encourage more and more from the other person......

As we take our intellect out of the process and the "ready made answers we think we know", and let our love choose, we find a completely new and creative solution can emerge. Often with great joy in the finding of the answer.

We are each a unique and special part of (our) god..............and beginning to remember this for the person you are helping can often be the insight, that helps provide a solution, to many a problem.

A message from John in heaven?

This is a more unusual extract, but the message of our oneness with each other is very encouraging.

Questionner: Does John Lennon have any particular message for us now, that he'd like to pass on?

Joseph: Just to remember the ocean. Yes he says, I'm told this very clearly, but Joseph says, I know where that message is. And the message is.....he says, you can't think of him as a human, but the message is to try and let everybody see. This is how you can interpret what he came to do. Tell everybody to see it as a sea. Not as land that can be owned, you can't own sea. He says this is the only message John Lennon ever wanted to give.

Be at peace with this beautiful sea. You can't own it, you can't dominate it. Work with it. That's the only message if you can spread that.

He says don't be side-tracked by people thinking of land and coasts and all of these things that absolutely don't matter. The sea caresses and feeds, the sea sends you showering rains and feeds these beautiful lands where animals are. And Joseph says this is how people represent God in heaven and earth - you have animals on the land and animals under the water. And the two lands meet where the water meets the land. But the land doesn't stop there, it goes under to support and comes back. They're all interconnected. You asked about John Lennon's message - this is how it works. The land goes under and supports all the seas. And as the seas are heated from above so they are from below.

There we are. If you can see all this - how wonderful and how perfectly it fits together. That the land goes under and supports the sea, and the sea comes up to water the earth.

I'm told to tell you this is a very good message if you can take this away with you today.

This came about because I was interested in what had happened to John Lennon since he had died. It became clear that he had fulfilled his plan well, and that he had a message for us all, that Joseph said he had wanted to get across while on earth. This is only a part of it, and if you want to read more, then do contact me.

The oneness that we are all part of is described here very eloquently, and in a new way. For us to see ourselves as the ocean, totally connected to everything everywhere, feeding and nourishing the world (with rain) is a new experience of "who we are". Then we have the picture clearer in a new way - we are all one, and yet we are all individual in our expression, and we need each other. We are here to feed and nourish with love all those who come into our lives. Now we can "put the i into love and live"............

Asking "heaven" for help transforms situations

Sit down and share your love together. And ask for help, ask for help as a group. Joseph says PLEASE ask for help as a group. In this way you will free people who want to leave the Centre to do other things, and allow the people who want to come to the Centre to help, to come.

This conversation snippet came about when I was working with a Cancer Help Centre. I found it applied equally well in the business environment.

When you are in a business or group environment of any kind, invite love in, either you as individual on behalf of all, or you as a group. In this way, those who are not ready to expand and develop their love will leave as it becomes too uncomfortable for them, and those who are looking for a loving place to support and be part of will find their way to you...............

I can recommend this from experience.

Inviting love into any situation (often for me as a prayer and blessing done quietly on my own for the group or meeting) transforms it, and allows it to flourish and produce more loving answers. Loving thoughts are gently whispered to all in the group by those who help us in heaven, and so the mood changes, and new positive ideas emerge in a peaceful and not forced way, from all of the group.

Joseph's view

I have had the great pleasure and privilege to listen to Joseph, speaking through a wonderful channel Eric, for nearly 20 years now. His thoughts have changed my life, so I thought that now is the time to share them with the world. His help and advice and encouragement has always been full of love, never judging, only ever showing how love really works. When I once asked him to summarise all he had been telling us over the years, he said you can do it in two words - "Sharing love" - this is what we are all here for, but how to do it, and what love really is is the challenge we all face.

Over to Joseph

"People who look for mechanical things find mechanical things. There never was a separation from the Holy Spirit of God. The man who you call Darwin knew all the answers already, but it is because he knew the answers that he had to give his theories. You have teachers at all times. There are teachers who already know there never was a separation, there never is an evolution. Things adapt to experience and that is such a big statement to make. The adaption of......... but, species don't move forward the way Darwin describes. But it is the picture that he had to present to get other people to think.


And the people like Darwin. Yes, there are others in other times. Stephen Hawking, the astrologer/astronomer, he is another Darwin who will turn it on its head again. These people throughout times all know of the spiritual connections with God as the basis. They have to come and present this in pictures, and that's why they present their very mechanical theories.

Do you want me to talk more about this?

Questionner: I would like you to talk about creation. Could you give us your view of creation? Coming from what? How did it evolve?

Joseph: It is a very simple answer, a very simple answer. It is as simple as when you have a thought and then you apply it to the deed. When you understand how your thought and deed are connected, this is the only way the universe was created. There is no difference in heaven as on Earth. Do you understand that?

People in human form and spirits all relate to natural laws, and they follow those natural laws. And natural laws doesn't really describe it, because "there is no beginning and no end to this experience". What you are asking is "how can I be more conscious of how that works?".

You can't be conscious in a conscious mind. That's why it is an "understanding" and a "knowing" of the wisdom. While you are trying to "understand it" you don't "take part in it". And when you "take part in it" the "knowing" increases and you "know" more."

I hope you enjoy this small selection..............it is challenging, and the yet the simple truths are there......the power of our thoughts is central to all that we need to appreciate while we are here on earth........in the beginning was the thought.......
